Comments sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org received by 4 pm the day of the meeting will be shared
with the Council electronically or on the dais.
Comments sent after 4 pm must be made through Speak Up San Mateo: https://www.cityofsanmateo.org/4245. Find the agenda item(s) you’d like to comment on and complete the survey form. The platform will remain open for comments until the Mayor closes the Public Comment Period for that specific item. The City Clerk will read into the record all comments received through
Speak Up San Mateo.
