AB 2449 Requests and Considerations for Meeting Participation by Teleconference due to Just Cause or Emergency Circumstances

Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation

Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: (one case)
Existing facts and circumstances: IRS proposed administrative penalty re: filing of information returns

STUDY SESSION

The public will have an opportunity to comment during the consideration of these items.

Review of City Pools: Current Status, Assessments, and Future Plans

Receive a report on the condition assessments of the Martin Luther King Pool and Joinville Swim Center and provide feedback on a comprehensive action plan for maintenance, upgrades, and potential partnerships for continued operations.

CEQA: This study session on pool conditions is not a project subject to CEQA, because it is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment. (CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).)
