CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered by the Council to be routine and will be enacted by one motion without discussion. If discussion is desired, that item may be removed and considered separately.
 
1.

General Municipal Election November 8, 2022 – Certification of Results

Adopt a resolution to declare the results of the General Municipal Election held on November 8, 2022 as presented in the Certificate and Statement of Results of Votes Cast for the City of San Mateo.

The public will have an opportunity to comment during the consideration of these items.

City Council Vacancy - Applicant Interviews and Presentation

Determine the Council appointee to the vacant seat for a term effective December 12, 2022 through the end of the term of former Deputy Mayor Diane Papan.

CEQA: This City Council appointment is not a project subject to CEQA, because it is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment. (CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).)
