Sustainability and Infrastructure Commission regular meeting minutes approval

Approve the minutes of the Sustainability and Infrastructure meeting of November 8, 2023.

Wireless Telecommunication Law and Small Cell Facilities Informational Session

Receive a presentation by Dr. Jonathan Kramer from Telecom Law Firm PC about wireless telecommunications law, small cell facilities, AB 965, and related matters and best practices.

Wireless Permit Approval at 16 Baldwin (Permit# WC-2023-000201) - Appeal

Hold a public hearing to consider an appeal from residents within 500 feet of the proposed site of a wireless permit application that was approved by the Director of Public Works.

Wireless Permit Approval at 1001 Bermuda Drive (Permit# WC-2023-000206) - Appeal

Hold a public hearing to consider an appeal from a resident within 500 feet of the proposed site of a wireless permit application that was approved by the Director of Public Works.

Wireless Permit Approval at 535 Clark Drive (Permit# WC-2023-000219) - Appeal

Hold a public hearing to consider an appeal from a resident within 500 feet of the proposed site of a wireless permit application that was approved by the Director of Public Works.
