PUBLIC COMMENT
This is the opportunity for the public to comment on Council’s Strategic Plan and Objectives for fiscal year 2023-24 before Council proceeds with its working session.
STUDY SESSION
1.

City Council “Blue Sky” Goal Setting Workshop

Review the current Council Strategic Plan for fiscal year 2022-23 and identify new Council objectives for consideration for fiscal year 2023-24.

CEQA: This City Council strategic plan meeting is not a project subject to CEQA, because it is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment. (CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).)
