Pre-Application for a Proposed Five-Story Residential Building at 1885 S. Norfolk Street (PA-2022-029)

Review the project on a preliminary basis, receive public comments, and provide input to the applicant and staff on the proposed project with specific focus on the following project elements: Proposed Use – Special Use Permit for a Residential Planned Development in the C1 Zoning District; Building Design and Site Plan – Architectural design, massing, and pedestrian connection to open space; and, Other project aspects and considerations for the formal planning application such as allowable density.
