Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes Approval

Approve the minutes of the May 22, 2023 meeting of the Library Board of Trustees.

Statistical Reports

City Librarian James Moore will review the statistical reports for May 2023 with the Library Board of Trustees.

Welcome to New Library Trustee

Library Board members will welcome newly appointed Library Trustee Richard Wysong.

Summary of San Mateo Celebrates! Activities During National Library Week

Sarah Meier-Heredia, Development Officer of the San Mateo Public Library Foundation, will present a summary of the San Mateo Celebrates! activities held during National Library Week, April 23-29.

5.

San Mateo Public Library Strategic Planning Process

City Librarian James Moore and the Library Board of Trustees will review and discuss ideas from strategic plans of successful organizations to glean useful insights in preparation for the Library's impending strategic planning process.

REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

Library Board members, Library Foundation representative and staff report on their liaison roles, various assignments, calendar of events and requests for future agenda items.
