Pre-Application Review for a Proposed Two-Story Private Indoor Tennis Court at 2164 Palm Ave. (PA-2021-062)

Review the proposed use and project design on a preliminary basis, receive public comments, and provide input to the applicant and staff on the overall project as proposed with specific focus on the following project elements: Proposed Use – Provide input on the proposed use and compatibility with the adjacent commercial uses; Building Design – Provide input on the overall building design, massing, and materials.
