Any member of the public wishing to address the Council on any item on the agenda may do so at the time the item is considered. There is not public comment taken for items not listed on this agenda. 

OLD BUSINESS
The public will have an opportunity to comment during the Council's consideration of these items.

1.

Emergency Ordinance – Imposing a Moratorium on Small Business Evictions Related to COVID-19

Receive a report from the City Attorney and provide direction on whether to extend the emergency ordinance imposing a moratorium on evictions for nonpayment of rent by small business tenants impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 Update (#8)

Receive update on operational impacts and other City efforts related to COVID-19 and confirm rules and regulations issued by the City Manager acting as the Director of Emergency Services in response to declared emergency.

NEW BUSINESS
The public will have an opportunity to comment during the Council's consideration of these items.

3.

Fiscal Sustainability Plan - Direction

Provide direction to staff on the path forward with the City's Fiscal Sustainability Plan.
