Conference with Labor Negotiators (Gov. Code Section 54957.6)

The public will have an opportunity to comment during the Council's consideration of these items.

Contracting Policies for Public Works

Provide direction on options for modifying contracting policies for Public Works services.

3.

Nonconforming Zoning Code Update

Provide direction on Zoning Code amendments for legal nonconforming buildings and uses.
